Our foodbank provides three days of nutritionally balanced, non-perishable food.

A typical food parcel includes:
- Breakfast cereal
- Long-life milk – we try to have all types
- Long-life fruit juice
- Pasta or rice
- Pasta sauce or tinned tomatoes
- Tinned beans
- Tinned meat, fish or pulses
- Tinned vegetables
- Tinned fruit
- Rice pudding or custard
- Tea or coffee
Plus, if we have them:
- Biscuits & treats
- Jam, peanut butter
We try to provide basic toiletries, toilet paper and cleaning materials too
Our foodbank can usually adapt your food parcel to meet your dietary needs, for example, gluten free, halal or vegetarian. We can provide packs for people who don’t have access to cooking facilities or who have only a kettle or only a microwave.
When you arrive at the foodbank centre, a volunteer will chat to you about an special dietary requirements you may have.
